Spinach, Winter Bloomsdale

A classic open pollinated strain introduced in 1925 that is well-selected in the Skagit valley of Washington for its upright, dark-green savoyed leaves and terrific spinach flavor.  Performs better than most varieties in the heat, but really excels in spring and fall plantings.
