Cucurbita maxima (95 days) 

A nice uniform kabocha that produces 4-5 fruits averaging 3-4 pounds each. Fruits are gray-green flattened shape with dark orange flesh that is sweet, dry and flaky. They store moderately well until February or March if kept in a dry spot. Delicious baked with butter!
